Hi, hello! Im glad you’re here! If you see yourself stumbling across our website, you’re at the right place! 

   Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Jewell Ebert, owner of J&G Western Boutique. I am a mom of 3 (all under 10), a wife to an incredibly supportive husband, an overachiever, always willing to learn or always willing to help! A little bit about my small family, our two little girls have their own bracelet business and they currently stock J&G with new bracelets, chokers, and handmade scrunchies, they love their small business as much as I do mine, and it warms my heart that they wanna be like mommy! Daddy, (my husband) owns Twisted Ties General Contracting, as well as cofounder in Diamond D Construction! He also does ALOT of our woodworking projects listed soon, which are all done by him and his creative mind! As a family we try to stick together and help eachother as much as we can, and we absolutely love working together everyday! Our long term goals are just to continue to build. I myself want to be able to help more in our community as a small town in hopes that we can continue to grow as a community and overall just support our local small businesses and be able to still continue to shop small! Small business owners put more work into our customers than any big corporations do, that’s why the customer will always be of value to us here at J&G! We LOVE EVERYBODY and would love to have you as a customer, and if not a customer, a friend! 

I originally opened up J&G because covid hit us in a time that I found out I was pregnant with our now 1 year old son. I was not able to work because I too was doing metal buildings construction, heavy equipment operating and welding. So being pregnant and in my line of work wasn’t going to cut it, I talked to my husband who supported me completely from the beginning and told me to follow my dreams, so here we are now, 2 years later and an official business! I originally starting with our custom epoxy cups and grew from there as the orders kept getting larger and larger, we continued to expand! Now we offer a WIDE variety of customs in all material types! (If you have any questions PLEASE ASK) I am here to help! Along with our customs we offer a WIDE variety of cowhides & real genuine 100% leather products. We have SO many hides to choose from however, the website is NOT updated daily, but our Facebook page is up EVERYDAY with all new items we offer! (@julesgemsboutique on facebook) we want to be your one stop boutique shop, where no job is to big or too small. If you have a design, questions about a design, or just questions about anything, please feel free to message me off of your customer profile or any contact information I have listed! 

Shipping-

We strive for customer satisfactory! All orders will be delivered within (7-21 business days) (3-5 days in processing) after purchase! All packages ship priority USPS and are provided with shipping the moment it ships! Please make sure when filling out your address that the CORRECT address is in the address panel as we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or broken goods. 

PICK UP- ALL PICK UP ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 60 DAYS, OF ORDER COMPLETION. If your order DOES NOT, get picked up within that time frame, that order will be forfeited and will go off to donation. Pick Up, will be at my house in Carthage, Mo. I will NEVER drive to meet a customer, unless those plans have been made out of convenience. Partial Store Credit may be offered in placement of the "Non-Pick-Up"(due to storage). This will go based off of case by case, as we are not a storage facility. 

 All buyers are responsible for communication, and contact between pick up, after verbal  notification of order completion. After a customer is notified of their order being done, they have 60 days to make a plan to come pick up, if you do not pick up, one last attempt will be made with a tracking invoice being sent out. If the tracking invoice does not get paid within that 60 days, package will be forfeited to donation, with no offered, discounts or refunds. 

REFUNDS-

 Due to the nature of the majority of the orders being a custom, meaning specifically made for you, there are NO REFUNDS. ALL custom orders get approved by purchaser before I physically finish the product to ensure that’s what the purchaser is wanting! If it’s an item we already have listed as a “non-custom” meaning that’s the design and only design going on the chosen material type nothing added, nothing more requested just a simple already made up piece we already have available! We accept exchanges on the same item or one similar with the same value, or offer credits/gift cards towards your account for store credit use to use on anything wanted! ** Due to our items being handmade their may be small blemishes**

Exchanges/RETURNS POLICY: When requesting for an exchange PLEASE email Jewell @ julesandgemsboutique@gmail.com order# in the subject panel and I’ll get with you directly on resolving your issue! With any exchange I personally email you with a new shipping label to send back your damaged item, or the one you’re exchanging in exchange for a replacement or credit/gift card in our store! With that being stated, your new item will not be received and issue will not be counted as “resolved” until the broken or unwanted item is returned back to the store. The item being returned MUST BE UNUSED, or it will completely void the refund policy, and restocking fee will be applied. With that all returns must be returned within 15 days upon receiving your shipping label via email! If you do not respond or send your item within the 15 days, label will be cancelled, and a refund will not be able to be issued, unless items are sent personally from purchaser and a new label is purchased by purchaser.

I want my customers to feel that they can contact me at any time about anything and I’ll gladly help them! (Obviously within a timely manner of course) So please don’t be scared to reach out and utilize those as much as needed, I’m here to help in any way!
